HealthActCHQ's portfolio of surveys represents scientific work
that spans more than two decades. Our surveys are used throughout
the world in clinical trials, registries, and benchmarking/best
practice reporting programs. All HACHQ surveys are rigorously developed
to include feedback from children and adults - varying in diagnosis and
its related subtypes, disease/condition severity, treatment status and
time of onset/diagnosis - as well as feedback from clinical experts.
HealthActCHQ has conducted the translation of more than 163 versions of the CHQ in
over 69 languages. We are the developers and exclusive licensor for the AIM-A, an
industry-leading ADHD survey used internationally and now available in 12 languages
and the AIM-C, the only published ADHD quality of life survey for children and their
families.
Our surveys have a long-lineage including publication in peer-reviewed journals.
Our surveys meet or exceed 2006 FDA guidelines on patient-reported outcomes and respond to the following U.S. and European Union legislative directives:
- U.S. FDA Center for Drug
Evaluation and Research,
Best Pharmaceuticals for
Children Act, 4 January,
2002 (Public Law No. 107-109)
- U.S. FDA Center for Drug
Evaluation and Research,
Pediatric Research Equity
Act of 2003 (Public Law No.
108-155)
- The Paediatric
Regulation (Regulation (EC)
No 1901/2006) of the European
Parliament, 26 January 2007.
All HealthActCHQ surveys require
registration and licensure for each
specific project as well as payment
for licensing fees.
You can register without any obligation to purchase. Ongoing management, support,
and scientific development for the CHQ and all other HACHQ surveys - short-forms,
translations, utility-based scoring - are funded exclusively by licensing fees.
